Streetcar has provided more than 1.2M rides
On Sunday, Sept. 9, the Cincinnati Bell Connector streetcar celebrated a new milestone – two years of service to Cincinnati!

Between start of service on Sept. 9, 2016 through Sept. 4, 2018, there have been 1,244,440 rides taken on the streetcar.

Here are a few highlights from this past year:

  • Nearly 27,000 rides provided during Blink weekend
  • Ridership surpassed 4,000 for Reds’ Opening Day
  • In April, streetcar celebrated one million rides with prize package for one lucky rider
  • Safety along the route has increased; “near miss” incidents have gone down by 11%
  • Reliability has improved with streetcar more closely meeting 12-15 minute headway

To celebrate the occasion, the Cincinnati Bell Connector will be giving away prizes all week on social media. Follow the streetcar on Facebook: @CBConnector and Twitter: @CB_Connector to win.
